We are currently looking for an Industrial Electrical Project Manager to join our team and lead large-scale projects.

Job description

As an Industrial Electrical Project Manager at BDTI, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising industrial electrical projects. You will work closely with our engineers, technicians and customers to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale electrical projects, from design to commissioning.
• Supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational issues that may arise during projects.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present them to management and customers.
• Promote a safe working environment and encourage best safety practices.

Desired profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, project management or related field.
• At least 3 years' professional experience in industrial electrical project management.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety standards.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard IT tools.
• Valid driver's license.
